Awful customer service i called last week following for my cgm order after i was on hold for 45 mins someone answered the call and went with her little routine question gave her my info was told she will check on my acct placed me on hold for another 20mins and another person picked up my call and have no clue what im talking about so i went gave her my info again and she told me that my cgm will be delivered in 2 to 3 days because its already shipped out and i had asked her to send a new rx and notes to my provider for a dexcom g7 she said Ok. Fast forward now a week later no dexcom g6 received i called them again following up same routine someone answered i gave her my info placed me on hold without even telling me and rang over to someone else again at this point i asked for a supervisor and was totally ignored and he then told me that nothing shows that any cgm was shipped for me and that they need office notes before sending anything.
SO WHY THE *** I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT ALL OF THIS IS NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF LYING THAT THE G6 IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT. I EVEN TOLD THIS MAN THAT I DO TAKE INSULIN AND I ONLY HAVE ENOUGH TEST STIPS TO COVER ME TILL THIS WEEK AND IT IS NOT RIGHT THAT THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE PATIENTS SITUATION. TO TOP THE IT ALL NO APOLOGIES HE JUST WENT WITH ANYTHING ELSE U NEED.
REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOST PEOPLE THAT ORDERS STUFF TO THEM HAVE LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND THEY DONT GIVE A F*.

Repeated billing for same items even after account has been closed for 4 months.
I keep getting billed 44.55 for a Medicare co-payment that has been paid months ago.
I closed my account with US med after receiving two shipments from them. The account was closed over 4 months ago and payment to US Med has been paid for 44.55 3 different times with proof from my bank the payments were made.
Since I only received 2 shipments from them under Medicare that would have left me to pay two payments of 44.55 but now I have paid 3 payments of 44.55, and they still keep sending me bills.
Calls do no good and emails also do no good. Next stop lawyer and it is unfortunate a person AHS to do this to protect their credit from fraudulent charges from US Med.
It is also unfortunate that a person goes to their doctor and if their doctor only uses this company to obtain diabetic supplies for their patients then the only recourse for the patient is to find another doctor but please make sure before you try and obtain diabetic supplies from your doctor that they use a different company besides US Med.

Donβt expect to receive your life saving equipment before you run out of your supplies
I re-ordered my continuous glucose monitoring supplies the day I was eligible so that I donβt run out of sensors. Due to wearing a CGM 24/7, I no longer feel the high and low blood sugars like I used to.
I placed my order and 10 days later, they havenβt even been shipped out. I run out tomorrow. This company is a third party company whose entire job is to fill these medical supply orders and they canβt seem to complete the job. When I call, they seem annoyed that I am calling for a status update on my life saving equipment.
Clearly no one working there understands how important this equipment is.
I offered to pay out of pocket for them to overnight the supplies and they said they would need to call me back to get my credit information IF that was a possibility. This is urgent to me; but clearly not to US Medical.

Worst for Diabetes Supplies
Confusion between two unrelated companies
I had been waiting on my diabetic supplies for weeks and calling US Medical Supplies. They repeatedly told me to call another company (US MED).
Apparently I had been calling the wrong company the entire time. It appears as though others have done the same by reading these reviews. Just a head's up to everyone trying to have their diabetic supplies delivered, be sure that you're calling the correct company, US MED at 1-87*-840-****.
This company, US Medical Supplies, does not deal with small medical supplies or bill insurance, so if you call them, they will not be able to help you at all! Hopefully this review helps some frustrated people receive their medical supplies a little faster by contacting the correct company!
